Immune boosting Smoothies!

Smoothies can be a great way to start your day and to help inspire you, we’ve included some refreshing and tasty options below. These recipes combine greens, which provide you with vitamins and minerals to keep your hormones balanced and fibre to help keep your gut healthy, and protein which feeds your muscles and your hunger hormones, helping to keep you satisfied for longer.

Simply blend all the ingredients listed below, pour into your glass and you are ready to go!

LEMON SQUEEZE

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small Persian cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk 

Tip: If you're using frozen spinach, there is no need to add ice. If you are using fresh spinach add some to make it ice cold!

VITAMIN-C RICH ACAI!

  • 1 serving organic vanilla pea protein
  • 1/4 – 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp. acai powder
  • 1/4 cup organic frozen or fresh wild blueberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

KALE KALE KALE

  • 1 serving Coconut Collagen Protein
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. flax meal
  • handful of kale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
