Marlon’s career in Health and Fitness spans over 25 years and includes a wealth of experience across the industry as an Instructor, Fitness Manager, Personal Trainer/Therapist and Lead Fitness Lecturer where he’s made a significant contribution in training Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers (including some of the existing Lab Pros) for the past 10 years.
His background originally in martial arts led him to the further study of Sports & Exercise Sciences, Massage Therapy and currently Neuroscience. He continues to utilise his training and development background to enhance the already highly experienced Fitness Team as well as further developing the fitness service across the Laboratory clubs.
Pana is passionate about helping clients transform how they look and feel, it gives her great joy to see her clients improve their lives through nutrition and exercise. She currently works with people of all ages, abilities and illnesses, from beginners to the more experienced. She has worked with people recovering from cancer and injuries, people with arthritis, MS, autism and Parkinson’s as well as those interested in general weight/fat loss, improving their fitness, strength and wellbeing.
She believes we are all unique and there is no “one size fits all” approach, “it is important to identify the client’s individual needs and design a program that is realistic, achievable and sustainable.” She enjoys seeing people succeed and achieve goals that they thought were never possible.
In order to change your body you need to change your lifestyle, there are no quick fix fads just eat right, move right, have fun and only then will you transform your body.
Fernando studied at Northumbria University where he achieved a Sport Science & Coaching degree and has over 10 years experience in sports and fitness industry.
Fernando’s aim is not just to help you look great but to help you perform at your best no matter what the reason or occasion may be. As a coach and a personal trainer, his main focus is to unlock the best attitude towards fitness in every individual. His primary aim is to give you the head start you need to a lifetime of healthy living and improved performance.
He works with a wide range of individuals, those who want to become athletes, to those who want to lose weight and tone up. You can be sure to be pushed beyond your limits when training with Fernando!
Gemma’s passion has always been in dance since she was 7 years old. She started training as a dancer in ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap and musical theatre, then followed her dreams at Elmhurst Ballet School where she achieved a national diploma in dance and advanced 2 RAD ballet. She then went on to dance professionally for 7 years travelling around the world mainly on cruise ships where she became dance captain and production manager.
When she moved to London, she found a new passion in the fitness industry and became a qualified personal trainer and class instructor. She has now been in the industry for 6 years and still performs and teachers Ballet at Pineapple. Gemma is also the Group Fitness Co-ordinator at The Laboratory Muswell Hill.
Her passions are to help her clients achieve their goals and to share her knowledge. To support her clients on their journey to achieving a better lifestyle and feel more energized, to promote exercise in a healthy way that can be enjoyable.
Matt has a grounded belief of combining strength and endurance throughout the body in order to achieve your body’s full output potential. His background in Ballet & Contemporary dance training gives him a unique style of coaching, making sure that you not only build strength, but you know how to use and access it when needed in day to day life.
Matt’s training incorporates a varied number of aspects all based around the values of functional fitness – making sure that you look and feel great as a result from all the hard work put in. Each approach is tailored to the needs of his clients and specialises in endurance sport coaching, body sculpting and weight loss.
After his recent completion of an MSc in Sport Rehabilitation at St. Mary’s University Twickenham, Matt is a passionate advocate for getting people back into exercise and sport after physical or emotional trauma and chronic diseases.
‘Being active not only benefits the body physically, but clears the mind emotionally to aid with stress relief and brings clarity to thought’.
Bridget has been training with weights since 2006 and passionate to work with different clients to help them through their transformation journey and achieve their goals.
Her coaching support is not just the physical (training and nutritional) support, but she helps to get the right mental and emotional focus with realistic expectations about your fitness journey to be able to succeed.
She had her own transformation. She suffered from weight problems (anorexia, than excessive weight gain from an autoimmune condition). That experience and knowledge helps her to understand her clients better. She’s an ideal role model for her clients that can trust to get the correct and needed guidance.
She’s a professional bikini athlete for two International Fitness Federations: Miami Pro and Pure Elite.
In 2016 she won 1st place on the Pure Elite Championship and 2nd place on the Miami Pro Universe Championship. She’s also an actively working sponsored fitness model.
Emmanuel believes that everyone has the potential to prevent future injuries, reduce pain, and improve physical performance and appearance. This can all be achieved within his sessions by learning how to see well, balance well, move well, and Integrate well.
He uses a functional neurology approach to achieve all these results with a widely diverse client base of all abilities and with a wide range of objectives.
His highly scientific based training has made his clients impossible goals possible, the possible easy, and the easy with elegance.
Maria – likes to motivate her clients to achieve their goals no matter how big or small! If it is to reduce a dress size, getting physique competition ready or just to feel better and be healthier. She keeps your goal at the forefront of her mind to get you where you want to be through sessions specially made for you!
Her portfolio of clients includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, including age, ability, beginners through to advanced and experienced. All have different goals so they need personal and specific approaches.
She believes everyone is unique and so is the support provided to her clients to get results they want.
Having been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years both as an athlete and coach Dan brings forward a professional service with passion and enthusiasm that will help you build together the correct training approach, dietary advice and mental shift for your current lifestyle.
Dan’s sessions and programmes are designed based on your specific needs, fitness level and goals related to fat loss and muscle toning, improved strength and energy levels for your movement objectives or simply to increase quality of life and vigour so you can keep enjoying your hobbies or daily activities.

Shannon qualified as a personal trainer in 2006, moving from an office environment as she decided to turn her passion and make into her career and a hugely successful one!
Shannon enjoys working with a wide range of clients from weight loss, toning, general fitness and wellbeing and has experience working with people with various injuries and ailments including Stroke rehab, Parkinson’s, MS, cerebral palsy and cancer patients (during and after treatment) to name a few.
Giving a person back confidence in them self, the ability to move and function comfortably on a day to day basis are what she believes key considerations.
Shannon also has a background in distance running, up to marathon distance and has evolved into triathlon and open water swimming competing for team GB as an age grouper for the half iron distance and aquathlon (swim/run) and completing the marathon of swimming (10km). All of which she is happy to train clients in should they wish.

Dan is a Sport & Exercise Science graduate and has over 17 years fitness industry experience. Dan is a rehabilitation specialist working closely with our physiotherapist team, Osteopath’s and massage therapists. Bridging the gap between the treatment room and the gym, transforming remedial exercises into functional movements.
Examples of special populations he trains are; people with Motor Neurones Disease (MND), MS, Parkinson’s, 50+ & the elderly, Cancer patients, Knee replacement/reconstruction, Hip replacement & resurfacing, Osteo- Arthritis, Osteoporosis and post Spinal surgery.
Dan himself has recovered from an ACL knee reconstruction.
He believes everyone should have the freedom of choice to move functionally pain free and have an improved sense of well-being.
For Wiola well-being is much more than just having a healthy body, it’s also about cultivating and maintaining a healthy mind-set as well.
Her passion is fuelled by delivering regular tailored exercise programs for your individual needs in order to help you improve your life and making you smile after every session. Tony works with a wide variety of clients to achieve weight loss, strength and sculpting goals however his main background and passion is in self-defence. He has over 19 years of padding and kicking experience through martial arts which are a great tool to elevate the heart rate and help lose that stubborn weight, body sculpting and building strength.
After a serious motorbike accident, he has also suffered with injuries. Pushing through two years of rehabilitation on his knee, he also works with clients recovering from injuries and help to build up strength physically and mentally.
Tony is passionate about helping his clients feel great within themselves and being the best they can be. Feeling great is not just physical, it’s mental as well. He works with clients to help reduce stress, improve nutrition and sleep to promote a healthy body.
Nicolo is a passionate Lab pro who brings a wealth of experience and positive vibes to the team.

Alex is a focused and passionate Lab Pro who brings a wealth of experience to the team. Having worked within the industry for the last decade Alex has worked with a wide range of clients of all ages and variety of abilities, from pre/rehabilitative coaching, body transformation coaching, performance and sport specific coaching he will ensure your sessions are as specific in their outcome for you as an individual.

Lauren’s aim is to create a training environment that motivates but also empowers individuals with extensive knowledge, skills, support and guidance. Kenny is a passionate and experienced personal trainer who believes all goals are achievable as long as you “the client” is willing to turn it into a lifestyle and commit 100%. He uses a combination of weight training and cardio base exercises to achieve goals, whether they are weight loss or muscle building goals they will all come together when training safely and effectively.
