This can often be a huge boost in motivation as the instructor pushes you to your very limits, ensuring that you make the most of your workout time.

Whether you sign up for a Zumba class, want to try a Spin class, or have the urge to try boxercise, you can be sure that come summer, you will feel in the best shape and ready to confidently enjoy your holiday.

While this may seem a counter intuitive suggestion for those looking to tone up in time for their summer holidays, going to the spa can have a hugely positive effect on both your mental and physical wellbeing.

Taking time out of your busy day to relax and get some well-earned pampering is a sure-fire way to guarantee that, when the time does come to smash those workout routines, you are in the right frame of mind.
